2025 Delimitation Map
As per Notification No. LSGD/PD/24269/2024 EER1 dated 06/09/2024, published by the Director (Rural) of the Local Self Government Department in the Extraordinary Gazette No. 2888 dated 07/09/2024:
Since the number of seats to be filled through direct elections in Chelembra Grama Panchayat of Malappuram district has been fixed at 21, draft proposals for dividing the said Grama Panchayat into as many constituencies and determining their boundaries are hereby notified as per the appended schedule, in accordance with Section 10 of the Kerala Panchayat Raj Act, 1994.
Objections and suggestions regarding the said proposals, if any, shall be submitted on or before 3rd December 2024, either in person or by registered post, before the Secretary of the Delimitation Commission or the District Election Officer. Self-attested copies of documents, if any, that the submitter wishes to provide alongside such submissions must also be enclosed.
The Delimitation Commission shall inquire into the objections and suggestions, and if deemed appropriate, shall hear the complainants in person at a specified date, time, and venue. Complainants must appear in person at that time.
