NOTICE
As per the order dated 22/04/2026 issued by the Local Self Government (RD) Department, all commercial/industrial establishments and enterprises functioning within the limits of Chelembra Grama Panchayat, as well as all industries functioning in government-controlled industrial estates, are required to be mandatorily registered with the Local Self Government Institution.
In this regard, the technical issues in the K-SMART software have been resolved, and the “KSMART-TRADE LICENCE” option is now available for payment of the registration fee and registration of industrial establishments.
Therefore, the owners of all commercial/industrial establishments and enterprises functioning within the limits of the Panchayat are hereby informed to pay the registration fee online through the K-SMART portal and register their establishments at the earliest.
Legal action will be taken against establishments that fail to comply with the above requirement.
